How long does it take?
Basic takes 5 to 7 working days, Growth 7 to 10, Professional 10 to 14, and Enterprise 3 to 4 weeks. The clock starts when your brief is in, and pauses while José waits on your feedback. Need it sooner? Ask before you order and you'll get an honest answer.
What if I don't like the first concepts?
That's what your rounds of changes are for. Tell us what feels off and José will rework the direction. If none of the concepts is close, say so early and he'll start the next round from a fresh angle.
Which files will I get?
Colour and black versions of your logo as PNG, SVG and PDF, plus print-ready files with the right size, bleed and colour settings for anything else in your package. Everything stays on your project page to download again later.
Who owns the final design?
You do, once the project is paid in full. You can use your logo and the files we deliver however you like.
Do you work with clients outside Saint Lucia?
Yes. The brief, reviews and delivery all happen on your project page, so you can work with José from anywhere.
