Packages and extras
Each package lists exactly what you get, including the number of concepts and rounds of changes. Anything outside your package, like extra items or extra rounds, is priced first and only goes ahead once you agree.

Project terms
How a project works.
These terms apply to every package and every invoice.

Rounds of changes
A round is one set of changes you send together. Gather everyone's feedback before you send it, so each round counts. Unused rounds don't carry over to other projects.

Timelines
Turnaround times are in working days, Monday to Friday, not counting Saint Lucia public holidays. They start the day your brief is in and pause while we wait on your feedback or files.
If we hear nothing from you for 60 days, we close the project and deliver the files as they stand.

Your part
Give accurate details about your business in the brief.
Send feedback within the time you agree with José.
Only send photos, text or logos you have the right to use.
Check spelling, prices and contact details on every proof. Once you approve final files, later corrections are charged as new work.

Who owns the work
Once your project is paid in full, you own the final logo and the designs delivered to you, and you can use them however you like. Concepts you didn't choose stay with BrandCherub.
Some fonts and stock images come with their own licences. We'll tell you if anything in your design needs one.

Showing the work
We may share finished work in our portfolio and on social media. If you'd rather we didn't, just say so and we won't.

Printing
When we manage a print run, the printer's costs are quoted separately. Colours on paper can look slightly different from a screen, so we suggest a printed proof before a large run.

Design support
Monthly design support is optional for Enterprise clients. It starts the day your project is delivered and renews each month or year. You can pause or cancel it from your project page any time before the next payment date.

If plans change.
Packages are paid in full at checkout. Here is what happens if you need to cancel.

Before work starts
Changed your mind? If you cancel before we start research on your brief, you get a full refund.

During the project
If you cancel after research has started but before concepts are shared, you get half of the package price back. Once concepts have been shared, the design work is done, so the package isn't refundable. You keep the concepts.

Invoices and support
Invoices for extras are due by the date shown on the invoice. Design support isn't refunded for the current month or year, but cancelling stops all future payments.

How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the way you paid, within 10 working days of your request. Bank fees charged by your own bank aren't covered. To ask for a refund, email jcc@brandcherub.com with your order number.
Privacy
Your information.
BrandCherub collects only what it needs to do your project well.

What we collect
Your name, email and phone number.
Your business details and brief answers.
Files you upload, like photos or an old logo.
Order, invoice and payment records.

Why we use it
To deliver your project, send receipts and updates, answer your questions and keep the accounts we're required to keep. We don't send marketing emails unless you ask for them.

Payments
Card payments, including Apple Pay and Google Pay, are handled by the payment provider. We never see or store your full card number.

Who we share it with
We never sell your details. We only share what's needed with the services that run the site, process payments and send email, or with a printer when you ask us to manage a print run.

How long we keep it
Project files and messages are kept while your project is active and for a reasonable time after, so you can download files again. Invoices and payment records are kept as long as tax law requires.

Your choices
You can ask for a copy of your details, ask us to correct them, or ask us to delete anything we don't need to keep by law. Email jcc@brandcherub.com and we'll reply within one working day.
The site stores only what it needs to work, like the package in your cart. It uses Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are useful. It doesn't use advertising trackers, and it doesn't send checkout reminder emails.
